Introduction 
Nemo Marketing Ltd is an active CRM systems company that allows users to keep track of their progress and keep on top of their leads. The website/CRM/app system allows users to input information about their prospects which allows them to track their progress. Users will be able to see their name, email address, phone number, social media name and any notes that they may choose to input concerning the conversations they are having with their prospects/clients. 

Services: 

The app is maintained by our internal software contractors, members of staff and the company directors. The app is useful for people with both online and offline businesses as Nemo Marketing Ltd assists people in keeping track of their prospects and customers, searching for notes they’ve previously inputted, learning from masterclass videos, staying accountable with accountability partners and creating personal and digital goals boards. 

Nemo Marketing Ltd provides an online portal for business owners who need to manage their time more efficiently. The Nemo Marketing Ltd website will allow you to download an app which can be used on all mobile devices.  

Nemo Marketing Ltd is an app that’s been developed for network marketers to manage their prospects and drive sales efficiently and not lose out on sales through inefficient manual notes, which often lead to marketers losing out on sales. Additional features of the app include:

Each heading has additional options which are available to the user, which will allow the user to add videos, notes, events and appointment details, and, within the Leads option, the app will allow you to track the progress of each of your existing potential clients and prospects. 

Our Responsibility: 

  • Nemo Marketing Ltd will be responsible for the general maintenance of the app whereby the training content is relevant to the users and easy to access. The app will be made available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.  

  • Nemo Marketing Ltd administrators will ensure that the app is functioning and free from any glitches. The Help and Support section will allow users to share any concerns with the app or if they want to ask general questions regarding the app and its content.  

  • Nemo Marketing Ltd will be responsible for informing you of any changes/updates and full maintenance, dates and reminders will be sent to the user's email address which is registered on the portal. 

  • Nemo Marketing Ltd will ensure that no information will be shared with any third parties as the administrator will only be allowed to view the name and email address of the user. (see Privacy Notice) 

  • We will allow users to see other users wanting to connect within under the Notifications section, all users have the option to accept or decline. The other person will only be notified when they have been accepted. 

  • Nemo Marketing Ltd will manage the number of new and existing masterclass videos that will provide support and guidance to all users. 

  • Nemo Marketing Ltd will remove all malicious and offensive material from the app as it will be considered inappropriate. 

User Responsibility 

  • The User is responsible for the use and the content shared on the app which includes being compliant with the UK laws, rules and regulations. Therefore, do not press submit unless you are prepared to be held accountable for your content. 

  • The User is aware that Nemo Marketing Ltd is the owner of the app, so the User understands the costs and expenses of developing and maintaining the app. 

  • Users of the services will operate in a lawful, ethical and professional manner. 

  • Users will conduct themselves in a fair, responsible and business-like manner at all times.  

  • All users will avoid any misleading or unethical behaviour/ practices. 

  • All users are responsible for any information posts or comments you write with any errors or any loss/ damages that may occur after making it public, Nemo Marketing will not be responsible for any.

Registration 
To get to the app, the individual must sign up from the website, which will allow the user to download the app. To register, the user needs to provide any personal information, including name, email address and phone number. Once registered, the user will be able to use their email address as their username and create a password. Once access has been gained, the user will complete their profile and upload a photo which they can save on the app. The app can be downloaded through the website. 

Use of material 
Nemo Marketing Ltd app will allow users access to training masterclass videos whereby once it has been highlighted the user will click on the download button which will allow the user to view on their mobile device. 

When a user downloads the video, it will not affect the performance of the mobile device for example device runs slower. 

Uploading Social Media posts will need to be under 10MB, should it exceed 10 MB the app will not accept it. 

All videos will have the Nemo Marketing Ltd copyright included to avoid using the content outside and independently for the users' gain. 

Additional information 

  • App maintenance – We will take out regular checks on the speed and content of the security of the app. 

  • Please provide us with feedback as to how we could improve the app overall. 

  • All content within the App and the website is the property of Nemo Marketing Ltd.

Refunds 
We currently do not offer any refunds as you would have entered your details in your profile intending to use our services.
